A: Mine didn't come in a box

**Q: What glue is used to bond the soles? Could these be machine-washed or the glue will deteriorate?**
A: After having used them although they are comfortable they seem rather delicate and washing them may damage the outer layer or the trainers. Glue possibly may survive if done on a low heat wash .

I guess you get what you pay for. The running shoes have very little support and more of a indoor gym type.Comfy and soft. I would not recommend for outdoor use due to the lack of support, grip. Possibility of getting shin splints too.
