I bought it based on other customer reviews stating that is is very comfortable and offers good support. The memory foam is firm yet comfortable, flexible and the contoured shape offered good neck support. However, since my head tends to fall forward when I sleep it did not help much. I did use it in opposite position but that was not comfortable. I'm pleased that the pillow comes in a travel bag which makes it easier to travel around with. You can just roll it up after use, put it back it's bag and then safely tucked away in your carry-on bag. It also comes in a zippered removable cover which allows for washing which is plus. The drawstring can be adjusted to fit the size of your neck. I'm someone who has difficulty sleeping when travelling so everything has to be just about right.
