I got this book and immediately was able to start making the food. I ordered several silicone ice cube trays. After the baby food has been puréed and cooked, I fill up the trays and freeze them. They then get put into freezer bags. It’s really really easy to make and really easy to store. About twice a month, I spend a couple hours making the recipes from this book and my daughter has access to convenient and healthy baby food for her son all month long. And the food from these recipes stay good for up to six months in the freezer.
