I took another reviewers advice & put them in the dryer w/ a damp towel on medium heat for about 6 minutes & they fluffed right up. They aren't super full of flowers but they aren't expensive, so what do you expect?! We had a Tropical Night for our Home Opener Football Game & were a huge hit with all the kids! They are a little itchy because of the plastic pieces between the flowers, so if you have sensitive skin you might want to avoid.
