Fast acting and effective

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ They seem to have a calming effect; I believe they have improved my sleep lately.

Took me a while to use these as I was using a potent B vitamin supplement but ran out and added these to my supplements of general use. Saw mixed reviews on the taste, but while not crave worth, it was palatable enough to not mind it. It had had the citrus peach flavor which I originally thought was orange as it reminded me of children's chewable aspirin. I've been taking 2 a day spaced 8 hours apart and doing so for about two weeks. I've felt a little less fatigued and seem to have better sleep during the last week. I can't determine if these were directly related to my sleep. The weather has been a little cooler with rain lately and that could be part of it. The pills are small and can be chewed or swallowed easily. As the vitamin and other supplement count is potent it recommended not exceeding 4 a day, so I take only the two. One of the first supplements I've tried that contains Saffron one of the world's most expensive spices. I've used a few tiny threads in cooking but not as medication before. After reading online about B3 and Saffron, I'm actually going to reduce these to one pill a day as B3 is rarely needed as a high dose supplement. I think the sleep aiding effect may have come from the Saffron as both wellbeing and better sleep are characteristics of the spice. Recommended, as long as it's taken directly and for adults only.
