Review: Comfortable Protections - I just received these filet gloves and since the temperature just plummeted where I live, it may be a few weeks before I try them out cleaning fish. They are very comfortable and fit snug so it is will be easy to work with them on. The grip is fantastic and I look forward to seeing how well they grip when cleaning fish. I would think they would also be great if kept in a kitchen for opening stubborn jars and would have a great grip working with tools on cars and such. They have fiberglass and steel wire in them to help with the cut resistance and have an ANSI A6 rating which I looked up and posted a picture of. These should be more than safe when working with sharp knives.

Very good fish cleaning glove to protect Your hands from cuts and cold, etc. Nice to have a glove on when using electric knife. Note: if fish not real cold it is hard to filet it- fish should be on ice at least one hour before trying to filet so meat is firm and you can cut close to bones to get maximum meat.
