It arrived early and was delivered well packed by a lovely man and nothing was too much trouble for him. the manual is so easy to understand and the accessories are brilliant ie logs and glass coal. My fireplace is very old, so when I took out the old fire the hole was too small to fit the back of the fire inside but fits perfectly to the wall.
