On my previous run (before getting this) my knee started hurting not even a mile into my run. Two days later I strapped this on and, although I could feel the pressure I normally do before it starts hurting, my knee did not have any pain. This is the first knee strap Ive tried and I am thrilled! I have run with it 5 times now and getting the same results.From what I have read, there are different types of knee straps depending on what is wrong with your knee. However, I was never given an exact diagnoses for my knee issues so I was also thrilled that it worked for whatever is wrong with mine...but keep that in mind when buying a strap/sleeve. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ this strap is wonderful! I bought this strap for day-to-day and moderate exercise use. I still use a bigger brace for high-intensity exercise. I also use athletic tape to keep my knee cap tracking straight. this strap is wonderful! It immediately stops the minor pain from walking around my house and up and down stairs, something even the tape doesn't do very well. Most of the time I use it over the tape, but I have used it on its own. Without the tape I do feel some weakness around my patella, so I'd say it probably wouldn't offer enough support on its own if I wasn't already mostly recovered. But as an after-injury support it's perfect!
