Das hab ich sogleich gar nicht gecheckt am Anfang, mich hat eine Freundin darauf hingewiesen "du bist so anders, energiegeladen und voller Freude " Und dann hab ichs erst wahr genommen. Jetzt nimmt es mein Sohn die 2 Woche (16. Jahre), hab ihn gefragt ob er was spürt! Er sagt "nein außer das ich mehr Lebensfreude habe".....😁 Für mich klar 5 Sterne. Und ja der Geschmack....Ist halt wie Harz, harzig bitter. Ich löse es in Wasser auf und gebe 0.5 Teelöffel Manukahonig dazu...und runter damit.... Christian stopfe ich es in eine leere Kapselhülle da es gut Formbar ist (lasse es am Kachelofen aufwärmen).

Ich nimm es jetzt die dritte Woche. Körperlich ging es mir immer gut, aber auf der Ebene der Energie 50% Zunahme.
