Many of the other running/travel belts didn't look like they had a zipper which led me to imagine stretching a piece of fabric over my head and bewbs... ain't got time for that. MUCH easier to wrap it around the ol' muffin top and zip it together. Further more, that zipper is of superhero uniform quality so I think it should come with a matching mask. The front pocket has a more discreet zipper, which is good because it allows me to live out my childhood dream as a human kangaroo. A bulky zipper would give it away and everyone would know I was just a regular human. You can hide so many things in that belt like hair ties, credit cards,condoms, keys, condoms, tampons, jewelry, condoms, temporary tattoos and more hair ties because the whole thing is basically storage space! Speaking of storage space, there's an opening in the rear as well. It is also accessed via discreet zipper.Seriously though, it's great for running. Doesn't budge. The zipper is a genius feature which allows for easy on/off. It fits securely and snuggly and doesn't bulge or bunch up at the hips. It is the perfect accessory for walks with the dogs. I pack poop bags, doggie treats, ID and keys. No fuss. I am a size 10/Large in clothing and ordered a Medium belt (at the suggestion of other reviewers) and it's awesome!
