Review: Good protection against prickers and thorns. - I wasn't really expecting much from these gloves but I've been doing a lot of yard work clearing brush and a lot of thorny vines, and wanted something to protect my hands and arms - my regular work gloves were useless against the prickers and thorns. These gloves stopped all but the largest (1/2" or so) of thorns and prickers. They fit well, though a little bulky, and are very serviceable for yard work. The long sleeve protects forearms as well.

I wasn't really expecting much from these gloves but I've been doing a lot of yard work clearing brush and a lot of thorny vines, and wanted something to protect my hands and arms - my regular work gloves were useless against the prickers and thorns. These gloves stopped all but the largest (1/2" or so) of thorns and prickers. They fit well, though a little bulky, and are very serviceable for yard work. The long sleeve protects forearms as well.

These gloves are great. They are thick and I like the sleeves are not too long. I can handle nipping puppy. I need this protection because I had the puppy’s claw break my skin and I am on blood thinners.
