The product arrived quickly and well packaged. I’ve noticed some reviews complaining about the consistency of the shilajit which confuses me because the instructions clearly say that when it is heated up, it is easier to get out of the pot. It’s really simple to do, I’ve just been placing it on the radiator for 15/20 minutes to warm up and stir into some warm water- even if it’s still a bit firm, it’s easier enough to get some out. It also comes with a really good quality little spatula to scoop the shilajit out of the pot. I can definitely say I’ve noticed an improvement in my fatigue and energy levels but I’ve not been taking it long enough to comment on anything else. But I am looking forward to noticing any other changes.
