The ones in the photos are brand new. The other pairs I own are 3 years old and I still wear them especially during the week. Right before I left though, I needed a white sandal for one outfit lol, so I bought these since they were on sale and these ended up being the shoes I wore daily the rest of the trip. I have flat feet that range between an 8.5 and 9, so I ordered these since 8.5 wide and they were such a perfect fit. The Velcro strap is perfect when I wanted them tighter when walking on cobblestone (seriously, I wore them in Mykonos, Santorini, Naples/Pompeii, Rome). I unfortunately also have hyperhidrosis so my feet sweat when too hot and honestly these were perfect and easy to clean. Love how supportive and comfortable they were for walking. We did over 15,000 steps a day and I did it all in these sandals. I have wide feet and sometimes find it hard finding comfortable sandals, especially online. I like the cushion and support that these offer but mostly love how easy the back strap is. I sometimes struggle with small buckles on my shoes and bending over long enough to fasten them. These have Velcro that allow me to secure them with ease. I opted for the black since it goes with so many outfits and I think that was a great choice. The black is a solid deep back and so far hasn’t faded or worn out.
