True to size. I would not run in this (34DD). Removable pads and no back closure are definite no buys for me. This bra has a hook and loop closure, comes in actual bra sizes and has adjustable straps (and no removable pads-seriously bra makers, no one wants removable pads). I'm a 32D and this bra fit true to size (although the band is very snug when the bra is dry). The bra actually provides good shaping, which is very rare in a sports bra. I've never worn a sports bra with an underwire before, so that made me a bit nervous, but it's comfortable. Overall I like the bra, but do have 2 complaints. One is that the straps can be unhooked from the bra, but there doesn't seem to be a reason I would want to unhook them. They come unhooked too easily. The other complaint is that the band at the bottom moves when I'm running. Not a lot, but I think over longer mileage (6+ miles) it would eventually cause chafing. The band does loosen a lot when the bra gets wet from sweating, so this may be why it moves.
