It's worth it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by C***O on 22 August 2013* This dry wrap fits perfectly on K&N's RF-1041 conical filter. It provides some water resistance, but I mainly purchased it to prevent large debris from collecting on the K&N conical filter to prolong the time needed to clean the filter. I first started using the dry wrap on the K&N filter for my Cobalt SS Turbo because I wanted some extra filtration to protect the turbo impeller. It basically slips over the conical filter and makes the engine compartment look more colorful. It also fits on the Steeda/Shelby GT/FRPP conical cold air filter for the 05-09 Mustang GT. Coincidentally, the RF-1041 filter looks to be an exact replacement for the aforementioned filter, except the RF-1041 has a chrome end cap, whereas the OEM aftermarket conical filter has a velocity stack end with filter media.
