There are still a couple of caveats though. Overall, this did a good job keeping my shirts in as good of shape as possible. In fact, using the supplied folding board and following the directions, my shirts had fewer wrinkles than they did before with my old Samsonite insert. The folder takes a little bit to get the hang of, but after using it in several cities over a couple of weeks, I really got good at using it to fold the shirts and keep them in good shape. Just don't have your expectations completely out of line. This does not have good hard-sided protectors to prevent your clothes from getting wrinkled at all. If you took a starched, freshly pressed shirt and put it in here, it would undoubtedly come out with some wrinkles. That said, for something like this where you know the shirts will be folded, I think this is an excellent product. I actually wouldn't want something with hard sides, and this was exactly what I was looking for, knowing that my everyday wear around shirts were ready to go with a bit of wrinkle release on them, but that when I went out for a formal night out, I still needed to iron my shirt.
