This lower back brace has worked for lower back pain. I suffered with this malady for too long such that I could not walk more than a couple of blocks without having to stop to rest my back. Now that lower back pain is gone. And its not necessary that I wear the back brace every day.The product is build with high quality materiel.

This back support is effective in making sure your lumbar area/ lower abdomen is pulled towards your spine helping support it as well as lessen the pain. The material does help the thermogenic effect but maybe too hot on warmer days. It didn't take long to start sweating in my lower abdomen and back. The customer service department at Gaduge is very responsive via email which is very promising. The hook side of the velcro on the front part of the support can be a bit irritating on the edges as it is not completely anchored, based on the shape of the belt. Overall, this product is helpful. Always seek the professional advice of your personal doctor before self diagnosing any long term pain in your back. All the while I thought my back pain was just from routine workouts until I had enough pain, including Sciatica, to stop me from tying my shoes. I was diagnosed with Lumbar Spondylosis / Osteoarthritis. This back support will help ease the pain.

I have lower back issues, and have tried many support belts. I will definitely recommend this particular support belt. I have used it in the gym, on flights and have even slept with it on. I try not to use it all the time , as you really shouldn’t ever want to depend on a support belt for support. One should use this belt as necessary, and continue to strengthen your core and lower back muscles. I give you my word that this belt works. Best of luck in feeeling better.

This was for my husband, a long distance truck driver. He was havua lot of back pain. He tried it while at home this past week and said it helped greatly. He has taken it with him for his next cross county trip.

My husband is finding the brace very helpful. His back was really bothering him and this has helped the pain level decrease. I want to mention something that I feel is important. If you will notice, there is a booklet pictured in one of the photos describing what you will be purchasing. There is no booklet in the box with the brace. There is only an E-book which you can download from their site and print yourself. As for the brace, for the money, it’s a good, comfortable and helpful item.

This back brace works great. The size was perfect for me. The only part that moves is the bottom layer, but that could be because i wear it over a tshirt. The brace is nice and wide so it compresses more of you back, that my other 2 braces ever did. This brace is a great pick for total protection.

Got the back brace quickly. Arrived early...the next day. The brace is comfortable, and has already helped with stabilizing my posture. I am in a lot of pain with herniated/ruptured disks. I already feel a remarkable difference! I highly recommend this brace.

Different then previous belts I have used. Comfortable wider belt. Tensioner tabs seemed to be too short,but they attach at the sides instead of wrapping all the way around the waist. So you don't have multiple layers cutting into your gut. The material seems to be high quality and I expect it will last. Surprised pleasentally by a company I was not familiar with.
