The dowel rods arrived on time and in an attractive little box. They were somewhat smaller than what I expected, but I believe that is my fault. I ordered them for macramé projects, and I am new at macramé so didn't really know how to measure for my particular project (I am creating my own things). all in all, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I'm just getting into making wooden gear clocks, and (silly me) I thought all 1/4" dowels were the same. Found out the dowels at Lowes are over 1/4", which means they don't fit into the 1/4" holes needed for precision wooden gears. These from Zezazu, however, fit the bill perfectly. Plus being birch makes them more solid than the cheap ones.

The dowel rods arrived in a timely manner and are exactly what I was looking for. I like that they come in a box for storing them. I haven't used them just yet for my project but think they are going to work just fine.

Good quality wood, despite being quite a slim size they are pretty sturdy. Well cut with neat dimensions. I didn't wind up needing them for my project in the end, but they have given me ideas, and are going to be great for a number of future projects.
