I mix 1 scoop with 16 oz milk. (I don’t like thick drinks unless they are frozen.). Because it’s hydrolized it absorbs quickly so it would keep you as full as you’d expect a big hit of protein would. It’s great for post workout when you want fast absorbing protein. Not much in it besides whey protein cocoa and stevia. Will buy it again but I might go for the unflavored.
