See pictures. I did need to get 4 longer bolts to mount it as the sleeves in the rubber bushings were longer on the new tank. Also, the new tank gas line fitting is an outie and the old one was an innie so I needed an adapter but no big deal. Pretty upset the original tank rusted through after only about 6 years and I always used (what was supposed to be) non-ethanol gas and fuel stabilizer. As you can see in the pictures, the old fuel tank had blistered on top and rusted a hole/crack in the bottom. So much rust in the old tank it was rattling around in there when I shook the tank! I did coat the interior of the tank with the product in the picture. Any good fuel tank coating material should work. Easy to do, just pour it in and tip the tank all around to thoroughly coat the bottom of the tank and the sides and top. Then let it dry for a day or two before filling. This SHOULD prevent the rust issue from happening again. Took about 2 hours including the trip to the hardware store for fitting and bolts. Looks good and the new tank has a gas gauge and it’s coated now so I’m calling it an upgrade.
