I work in an open office environment and host MS Teams meetings all day. After a lot of research and discovering my AirPods are terrible with MS Teams I found some YouTube videos of this headset and decided to give it a go, based on their examples on sound in an OOE. These are fantastic!! They cancel out almost all noise around me and even better the people on my calls cannot hear my noisy background at all! You have to be sure to turn on ANC for it to work (button on side of headset). The mic will mute and unmute you on MS Teams when you lift and lower it. My co-workers still have crappy headsets and I can always hear people around them and I tell them you need to get this headset!!! Just buy it you won’t be disappointed! Super comfy too!

I watched several videos before I purchased this headsets.The clarity of the mic is amazing, The noise cancelation is great.2 things to consider:--It doesn't come with a stand to hang the device--It is wired, you.I didn't find it inconvenient at all, and because of this, the sound is perfect. With my previous wireless, people will complain when i moved my head they couldn't hear me.Totally recommended

This review is for the UC version (non-Teams) w/ ANC.The microphone does an excellent job of filtering all noise other than your voice. The headset build is lightweight and rates highly on comfort.For those wondering, there is an ANC button on the lower left ear cup that allows you to toggle between two modes: Talk-through (hear your environment/colleagues around you) and ANC on. There is no mode to completely turn off ANC or talk-through features, but I can appreciate that there are at least two options available.The ANC feature itself is mediocre. (Note that this is referring to filtering out office/loud noises for YOURSELF; whereas the microphone can completely block out all noise other than your voice, meaning that those on call who you are speaking with will only hear your voice). The ANC is more along the lines of Active Noise Reduction -- so you still filter a lot of the background noise for yourself, but do not expect complete noise cancellation along the lines of Apple AirPods Pros or BOSE QuietComforts.For an office or WFH related setting, the ANC capability is not as largely as important to me compared to great comfort, a clear-sounding microphone, and reliable wired connectivity. If the ANC was moderately stronger, this headset would get 5-stars.

The media could not be loaded. I recently bought the Impact 860 headset, and I absolutely love it! I work remote from home and tested several headsets. This one had the best noise-cancelling mic.

So far so good! My headset arrived today, and I love it! I was previously using my dad's 8 year old Blueparrot headset. However I kept getting flagged for background noise and breathing sounds at work, even with a pop filter. I bought these after numerous Youtube videos and I was a little confused if the headset would be good without the ANC, and I have to say it is. As I learned ANC is primarily for yourself to block out the back ground noise you hear not the receiver on the other line. I think the description should be made clear on this because it caused a lot of confusion for me. I leave off one star as of now because initially when I plugged my headset into my mac all the background noise picked up, until I unplugged it in and out 3 times which could be a bug. As of now everything seems smooth, I will give an update once my workplace has a chance to go over my calls and I'm in better standing.Update: Audio is sometimes good, sometimes not so good and theres an echo and muffle sound. I bought like new through amazon resale. I think I'm just going to return and get one brand new instead, Possibly a wire issue when I first put it into my computer it didn't the noise cancellation feature was non existent. I think the head set is amazing when it works right, mine however probably has a wire problem unfortunately.

It’s been a month since I’ve had this headset. So far so good. I run this headset on teams and genesys applications. I haven’t been able to hear any background noise including my kiddos when they were home from school and daycare on a holiday. So this has to be a good investment as far as noise canceling. I also really like my voice to sound very crispy and clear for other person on the other side of the line and I think this does a great job.
