Stick a blunt knife under the trim around the radio and pop that off. You need a screw driver with a star shape bit to take out the 4 screws that keep the radio in place. Once out you can remove the radio. There was a comment earlier about removing the white plastic connector on the yatour device. Do not do this!!!! ... with the connector on it fits perfectly into only one slot (slot B on mine). This is the correct slot! There is a small wire that needs to be earthed. To do this remove any screw from the back of the radio, and replace with the earth attached. That is it. Rediculously easy, and cost a fraction of what i was qouted for a similar device fitted (210 euros). I bought a second hand 160gb ipod for 80 euros and can fit all of my CD collection on half of this. I can leave it connected to the car and it will charge the ipod too.It works based on the CD changer. So CD 1 is the ipod in manual mode (select songs,albums etc direct from ipod) CD2-CD6 are the first 5 playlists you create in itunes. I have #1 all songs #2 album A #3 album B etc etc.Songs re-start we you left off just as with the CD player.Delighted with this, for under 150 euros I have the perfect solution without having to change the radio. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works 2nd time! *by S***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 August 2013* When connected through the ipod socket it sounded good to begin with but when the music faded a loud buzzing is heard. When connected through the 3.5mm socket no buzzing was heard and music sounded good. Returning unit and ordering another incase this one was faulty. Unit was connected to a VW RDC300 unit with the ground wire connected.Will change rating if next one works better.(UPDATE)New one arrived and for some reason didn't work well after 1st installing it, but by the next day without doing anything it works as it should and the sound is good.When connected to iPhone you can at times some of the gsm data noise when it's transmitting but apart from that good product! Sounds as good as the cd's do and much better than the factory fitted ipod dock that was in the arm rest. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yatour ipod kit for VW Golf MK7 *by K***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 October 2012* Delivery was fast, fitting to my VW Golf MK7 (2011) with a 210 model CD/radio took me 1 hour, very please with the ipod playback and control of up to the first 6 playlists via the radio controls. Most difficult part of the fitting was getting the radio trim off, it does just snap out but feels like it could break, you just have to be a bit brutal with it. Watch out when fitting the connector to the CD, instructions did not tell me that I had to remove the outer white shell of the 12 pin connector when fitting to my 210 radio, otherwise it won't plug in.
