Almost no taste
I've only been taking this for the past few days, so I guess it's too soon to notice any significant difference?First impressions: The dose of shilajit in this product (200 mg) is far lower than the usual dose I take in my daily capsule, which is high at 10,000 mg per serving (40% fulvic acid). The dose of ashwagandha is lower as well, as I typically take 4,500 mg a day. The dose in this is 250 mg.The lions mane content (250 mg) is more than double that of a different tincture I have from a different company, which I like. The usual dose of bacon monnieri is variable, but I believe it goes from 200 mg up to 600 mg daily. The dose per serving in this tincture is 250 mg.Every dose except the lion's mane is less than what I usually take in the other capsules I have which have proven to increase focus and energy for me. I think this tincture in particular from Wave Drops can be a nice supplement to what I already take.Daily dose of Wave Drops Lion's Mane, Shilajit, Ashwagandha and Bacopa Monnieri liquid drops is 1 mL per day. I like that the dropper included has 1 mL indicated on it - taking the guess work out of dosing. The brown liquid has almost no taste - I barely taste the herbal ingredients. What I do taste, however, is the glycerin that has been added for sweetness. This makes me slightly nervous as to potency of the product. The product does have very low amounts of the ingredients included though, so maybe that's why the taste is incredibly mild.I will come back and update my review if anything changes.

Great coffee mixer
I want to integrate some mushroom blend in my diet but I just don't like its taste. This liquid supplement allows for easy mixing with my morning coffee and helps alleviate stress

The fact that it's liquid is the main advantage
The flavor isn't terrible, but it's not good, it's just sort of bleh. It's pretty earthy and mushroomy, but not in a great way. I recommend putting it into something, but if you take it straight, probably wash it down or it'll linger for a long while. As for effectiveness, it seems to be pretty good, though I can't say it's any better than a pill that contains the same ingredients dry. The benefit here is mostly the form factor, where liquid might just be easier for some people. I probably won't get this again because of the flavor, but it's a good option for anyone who likes liquid better than pills.

So far so good!
I decided to get these because I have had a distinct lack of focus for a couple of months. I felt a natural boost might help. I've been using these drops for about 3 weeks. I must say it has become a little easier to focus. Anecdotally, I believe my memory is becoming a little sharper as well, but honestly I don't know if this is working for sure but I believe that it is.The drop seem to be almost tasteless, I usually will add it to the last bit of morning tea. The dropper makes it very easy to get the right dose. I'll definitely be getting another bottle and will report back if anything changes!

Low doses of four good things
Other than the mushrooms I haven't tried the other supplements in here. Shilajit seems trendy these days so I was very curious. Mostly, I love that it's a tincture so you don't have to waste time diluting. The taste is mild (primarily I taste the glycerin). It's gluten free and non GMO and very clean. It arrived with slightly less than 2 years of expiration. The major thing I notice is that the doses of the four ingredients are all on the lower end of what you'd take if you had them individually - 1000mg & up are common doses if you look up each of the supplements individually. I personally prefer lower doses in a mix since you never know if there will be a synergy effect, but other people may feel differently. In any case, I'm going slow and so far I don't feel much (it even says on the box that liquid drops require "daily consistency for noticeable effects"), but it could also be because the doses are small - again, not a bad thing when you're starting out. The cost seems very reasonable for a month, so the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I wish there was more information on manufacturing/sourcing of the ingredients. It doesn't say third party tested or provide any verification of ingredients. Also, it's a US brand but it doesn't say where it's sourced or manufactured, and I kind of suspect it's not in the US. But other than that I think this is a very good deal.
