I stumbled upon these and decided to give them a try. They work! I have had the most luck with sticking them on my upper arm/shoulder. I move a lot when I sleep and they stay put; I've never had any come off and they are easy to peel off in the morning. Once applied, I get very sleepy and drift off usually within 60m (sometimes sooner). I'm so glad that I tried these and will definitely be ordering them again. Great value too for how many you get!
