The other reviews mentioned that it was hard to put together. Yes that is true, but it needs to be tough so that it stays upright. Otherwise it would be floppy. If you put it together in the proper sequence, it is not as tough as the other reviews make it seem. For a 1 person sauna, this does a very good job. We are always sweating up a storm when we are in it. Let the sauna heat up for 5-10 minutes, to get it up to temperature first before entering. Also, this company is great to work with. We had a part malfunction on it and they did an amazing job of making sure that we received the replacement part. You wont be disappointed. The poles are too long for the tent and you cannot put the sauna together. Customer service is a joke, there is a number to call for customer service and it goes directly to voice mail. I have left several messages and sent emails and have not heard back.
