I understand why some people wouldn’t like them.- they’re spicy, and they have an unusual texture if you’re not used to it. But they are delicious and not too spicy at all if you’re used to some spice. The texture is like any good dumpling from anywhere in the world; chewy, dense, and filling. Korean soul food! I think dumplings should be considered an absolute go to as a late night snack or as breakfast because they really hold you until the next meal. I highly recommend this for people who wants some thing that sticks to your ribs and opens up your nasal passages! It’s tangy and hot, but not the point of discomfort. It is very hard to know how much water to put in the cup though so you might wanna measure it with a measuring cup instead.
