First of all, I will say I’ve been using the shampoo version for a couple of years now and it really works. I have dandruff that’s associated with my eczema and this has almost worked better than the prescription ketoconazole shampoo which was the only thing that worked in the past. Head and shoulders, selsun blue, and t-gel didn’t work for me but this is different. Because I use this conditioner with the shampoo, I’m not sure how effective it’d be on it’s own, but it is moisturizing to my scalp and once I rinse thoroughly, it doesn’t leave my hair greasy or oily, and I already have naturally oily hair. The one down fall is that it does not make my hair as shiny, soft, smooth, and lustrous as regular conditioners like Pantene, for example. I just alternate between this and other conditioners and it works out (sometimes I use the dove conditioner on my scalp down to my neck and then use regular conditioner on the remaining foot of my hair below the shoulders, but you don’t need to be that extra lol).
