I hung two bikes from the ceiling and after putting up some additional ceiling storage, ran out of ceiling space. This was so inexpensive, and yet super easy to install and works perfectly. I used lag bolts to attach it to a stud. I use it with a heavy bike, and it is very sturdy. I think it should work with pretty much any bike, very adjustable.
