When I initially looked up how the stop the birds from s***ting all over my car it said that the sparkly tape looked scary to them along with the sound so if you have wind that might be half the battle with this stuff to. My only problem is my neighbours are dicks who kept taking it down, I don't think they liked how the sun reflected off it or they love bird s***, who knows.
