Io facevo gia delle pizze ma con un forno grande 50litri. Di capienza. Ci voleva quasi un ora per cuocere u na pizza. Fare la pizza con 5 minuti di cottura è stato un gran passo avanti nel consumo di corrente. Artivata nei tempi giusti come solito . All atto pratico il forno dopo piu di un mese di utilizzo si è rilevato un ottimo prodotto. La pizza la cuoce in 5 min. La parte sua la fa alla grande. Sforna pizze a livello ristorante. Consiglio di fare un ottimo impasto lievitato a dovere . Dipende da questo fattore la rouscita della pizZa. Io la faccio cosi comperate un sacchetto di farina manitoba che ha un alto grado di energia .per prima cosa intiepidire un bicchiere d avqua mettelo in contenitore asdieme a 5 grammi di lievito un cucchiaino di zucchero e un cucchiaio di sale e un goccio d olio. Poi dopo mescolato il tutto aggiungere la farina di manitoba. E impastate bene. L impasto deve leggermente piazzicare le dita. Fare riposare per un ora. Poi fare le porzioni da 260 grammi. E fateievitare per 4 ore. Fare intiepidire il forno e sulla pietra spsrgete una spruzzata di farina.mettere l a pizza e cuocere a l massima temperatura per 5 min.
