A: Yes, this product comes in a jar.

**Q: Does this product take the place paprika as a seasoning**
A: Paprika is red bell peppers that's been dried & ground so it's quite sweet with zero heat.. While Espelette is a chili pepper with sweetness & mild-medium heat, kind of slightly like Tabasco peppers. So it wouldn't really take the place of paprika, but in a pinch it might do. Personally I would add both together since you'll get slightly different sweetnesses with a nice light heat.

**Q: product details says its .5 oz and the top of the page says its 1.41oz..which is it?**
A: The jar contents are 40 grams, which is 1.41 oz, and I would guess is between 3/8-1/2 cup. You just need a pinch even for a soup pot to get the magic from this pepper.

**Q: Whats the Difference between the green label espelette and the white label?**
A: I do not believe the color of the label indicates any difference in the product
