Premium rock and sea salts from all around the world. There is a wide variety of salts with different textures, flavors and shapes. Of the three major groups of salts: table (processed, strongly ionized and of no interest), sea salt and rock salt, we offer a selection of these last two types. Sea salt, obtained primarily via crystallization by evaporation of salt present in seawater, is commercialised in grains or flakes (our Flor de Sal Delta de l'Ebre, Salt Flakes Cyprus, Red Alaea Salt Molokai and Black Salt Molokai). Rock salts are mined from rock deposits and marketed without having undergone any processing (Pink Salt Himalaya Salt and Persian Blue Salt).

- Unprocessed sea salt rich in natural minerals, high in iron, it has a mellow flavor that goes well with all kinds of dishes, soups and stews.
- Seawater sourced form waters around Molokai (Hawai) which is evaporated and combined with red Alaea volcanic clay. It gets its red color from a small amount of Hawaiian red clay (called Alaea), which is said to enrich the salt with iron oxide.
- With its wonderful mellow and earthy flavor, it is perfect for grilling and roasting meats, poultry and seafood, in soups and as a dramatic finishing touch to many vegetable dishes. Gaining popularity as a topping for chocolate desserts and ice cream.
- Hawaiian red alaea salt is said to compose up to 80 different naturally occurring minerals, including potassium and magnesium, which are typically stripped from processed table salts.
