Really love this Blackening Seasoning Rub!! I've been known to use this rub on Turkeys, Pork Loin, Chicken Breast...anything at all!

I really love this spice. It goes onto almost everything!

Good taste but wanted more kick.

Of the Cajun seasonings I've tried, this is my favorite. it's good by itself and in combination with other spices, like a bar-b-que and jerk rubs. In addition, it's also not very expensive.

This is more like Cajun seasoning than blackening spice. I will stick with what I already know. Philip's is the best by far!

I know that most Blackened Seasonings will contain a lot of salt. I really did enjoyed the flavor of A Cajun Life Blackening Seasoning but I am really trying to reduce my sodium intake. My son who tasted some blackened fish I made right off said it was salty. I will use it up no question. But will try again to find a product with a lot less salt. If you like salt and do not have a health concern I do fully recommend Cajun Life.
