You get more flow when vent is open. **Q: All the pictures show it attached to a mwc but description says will work on a scepter. where does it attach to the specter, the vent?** A: It attaches to the larger of the 2 screw caps. One is the vent and the other one is to pour out the water. See pictures. The LC are the same as Scepters. **Q: Are these scepter or nrs? picture and part # are scepter. elsewhere sounds like nrs.** A: It’s a Scepter part. Same part number as pictured. Only difference is year manufactured is 2020 **Q: Is this dishwasher safe?** A: I would say no. Mine broke at the silicon glued end. I had to recut tubbing and reglue.
