This book talks about the importance of a strategy and following through. I found I had my most success when I followed my plan and had the biggest losses when I was in my head. There are many successful strategies for trading however, the biggest optical is the person in the mirror. It’s the psychology of trading taught in this book. This book is a great starting point for anyone looking to get started in options trading the right way.
