The glossy finish was quality and resembles the stock finish.WHAT I DISLIKED:Even though this a straight forward install for the most part, I did not like how it had no manual or booklet of any sort on how to install. The product installed simple with no problem and I was proud of myself for doing this on my own because I never done it before. I followed a youtube video and It was simple enough. that only thing was that I have 4 messed up pixels in my screen but I cannot return it. I knew that I should have jumped on it and got it connected to see because there were more than enough reviews that said they had some messed up pixels and the company was easy to work with to get a replacement. But I procrastinated. I will say that the screen looks really good and I am not too picky (especially going from where I couldn't see half of the screen to only 4 pixels messed up.
