Whereas, I do not see stopping my regular visits I do feel that I will be using this unit between visits.Using the attached strap I was able to hook the unit over the head rest of my office chair and simply by moving my position slightly I was able to massage from my shoulders to my upper back, (see photo). Unfortunately, the strap was not long enough to reposition the unit at the bottom of the chair, but by simply laying it on the chair and keeping it in place by pushing back I was able to massage all sections of my lower back. Positioning the unit against one of the arm rests I was able to massage my waist and hip area. I suspect that different users will find suitable positions to massage their requirements.In addition to a mains cable a car charger cable is included and I could see this being of great value when stopped at a service station for a quick massage during a long journey.It is not recommended to massage one specific area for longer than 15 minutes, although it is very tempting to do so!
