I wore a T-shirt with this over it, and a light backpack on my back. By the time I got to work, my T-shirt was soaked in the places the backpack straps pressed against the raincoat. Also, I don't have huge arms, but this thing is tight in the elbows when I bend my arms. Really happy to have finally found this one. It is a lightweight thin summer rain jacket. Rolls up nice and small, I usually roll it towards a pocket and stuff it all inside the pocket. Barley weighs anything so it is great for throwing in a suitcase or carry on. It is a little sung in the forearms but I'm ok with that. I got it for summer and will typically be wearing a short sleeve shirt under this.
