I think the reason was due the default search engine setting in my phone web browser. I am guessing the restaurant was not listed under Google or Bing. Before I left for China Guangzhou through Hongkong, I tested it in USA, it didn't work. So I emailed the seller, he told me it will work in Hongkong airport. So when I arrived at Hongkong airport, it didn't work. So I emailed to the seller again, he told me he will reset it. Several hours later when I was in Guanzhou, it worked seamlessly. And when I backed to Hongkong airport several days ago, it still worked great. It means you need ask them make a good setting if you don't want have a problem.
