They are expensive but seem high quality and you get 180 so that's a big bottle! Giving him 1 a day will last me 6mos so is well worth the price. They don't have a strong smell or after any after taste. I have not seen any side effects in him and he does seem to have increased energy. The gel capsules are large but I tried them and they were easy for me to swallow.
