One in three warped and shattered beyond repair when taken out of the board I was testing them in -- forget the difficulty actually getting them out. I'm counting my blessings that the actual keyboard wasn't damaged. I was using a standard key switch puller that has pulled the same gaterons in and out of boards multiple times with no issues.
