Great Customer Service! *by J***Z on Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2019* I have an update about this seller. I wrote a previous review about how I received my package in the first picture that I was going to use for a Christmas gift and unfortunately the box was crushed during delivery. The charms were perfectly fine and my recipient loved them. No biggie at all, just wanted to let them know for future deliveries. Then two weeks later the seller was kind enough to send me a replacement and another as a sign of goodwill on their behalf with a small apology note, even though I don’t believe it was their fault the box was crushed during delivery. However, this gesture speaks volumes on how this seller conducts business and I will be ordering from them again!! They would have received all 5 stars, but the rings that are attached to the charms are a little flimsy and a bit tricky to snap together if you have large fingers or trouble seeing close.
