It's the softest fabric imaginable; it's skeek and flattering, and invisible under a t shirt. If you're blessed with more than a B cup it might not be as supportive as you need, but it's worth trying. There are pockets if you want to switch out the cup inserts (which actually aren't bad, but to each her own), and my prosthetic fits well into one. The straps don't adjust but they fit me well at 5'5". I ordered the XL because I have a strangely large rib cage (which makes it hard to fit me) and it's perfect. For reference I wear a 10-12 in tops. It's so silky and unobtrusive yet supportive of my B bust that I could sleep in it if necessary. Lovely color as well, and I will very likely buy them in every color. Straps are wide and flat, and stay on my shoulders. Just amazing.
