For the first time since I lost the ability to safely eat gluten I was able to achieve bake shop quality with this gluten free bread flour. I was concerned at first because it does contain “wheat starch” which the label says in gluten free. I had no reaction after eating the treats I made with it. Would buy again for things like making donuts, pizza, or a loaf of gluten free bread.
