The 2.8m ladder itself is fine, very similar to others out there although the instructions were poor, in the end I worked out what I thought would be the easiest way to install it. The disappointment in this ladder became apparent after the extension was fitted and I found out that the ladder can not fold up in the same way as it does as a 3 section ladder. The bottom 3 section have to fold into a triangle, then latched into position and the folded back and latched again.
