I almost accidentally bought the shaker for cooking. Are theses the ones to flavor your water?** A: They can be used in anything you would real lime or lemon in. I would sprinkle in recipes all the time and they are basically the same taste as the real thing. My 5 year old loves them on his already cooked fish and chicken. I would sprinkle them in my ice water but there is no other ingredients like sweeteners like other water flavor additive. I just love these!!! Actually, just ran out so I'm going for the bulk size next time. **Q: can anyone tell me if I'd be able to scopp it with a tiny spoon instead of shake it can tell in the pictures.** A: On the 10.6 oz container the lid is split. One side opens for spoon use, the other to shake. Also, the lid is a screw top so it can be removed if needed. **Q: Is there any sugar in these?** A: Yes!
