They are not very big BUT they are fabulous if you have to give your dog a pill. Not a big pill but I had to give my dog 2 antibiotic pills a day for 7 days after surgery. The center of these treats is soft. A pill goes right in . Some of the soft stuff comes out one end but just scoop it up with you fingers and seal both ends of the treat.
