I needed something to work faster to help curb my doomed hunger associated to low blood sugar and came across this product. It works quickly without over shooting my blood sugar (works in about 5-10 minutes). I generally feel better when I use this product. HOWEVER - this is an expensive product. If you are taking the powder straight rather than dumping it in water, it’s like a pixie stick with less crystallized texture/ more powdery and the strawberry taste is okay (no after taste). But the amount of powder in one packet is equivalent to two mouthfuls.
