Unreliable. The heart monitor only works intermittently and so I have had to return the tracker. I wore it whilst on the treadmill in the gym and calibrated it against the treadmill and it was accurate, however, I had to stop running to obtain a reading. After that, it worked only intermittently and now seems to have packed up entirely. You may like to note that the strap is very, very difficult to secure. If you do not have complete dexterity in the hand that is attempting to fix the strap, you will find it impossible. However, the design is very smart. If you do purchase this product, I hope that you have better luck with its reliability than did I.

Bought this for a gift for my daughter so she could see just how much walking she dose in a day but time will tell as I think if like the one I have it will take a while to settle down, maybe a week or so.Lucky she only has small wrists as the strap is a bit small and only come in black.

For the price it is a great monitor. Only thing I cannot figure out is why it changes your steps? Everytime I check previous days activity the steps have usually been halved from what they were on the actual day but cannot figure out why! I have suffered Adrenal Fatigue for years so was keen to monitor my sleep & heart rate to prove to my doctor how little sleep I get and how high my hr goes - so far I am happy with the performamce of both. Definately would recommend this monitor!

Not a bad watch but not for high accuracy. The step count and heart rate monitor is out by a bit.The 'constant heart rate' it is not! It takes samples roughly every 2 minutes, and as for relaying messages it can't manage more than one (to display) but it still notifies you of receipt of each message.For the price of the unit it OK.

Only had for a few days but everything seems to be working, had no issues getting device recognised on app so overall very pleased.

Love this item best purchase in a while.I would recomend this for people who strugle with high blood pressure and high heart rate as it monitors your heart ratu e and blood presure true the day and as soon as it too high it vibrates and lets you know.It is really accurate works just when you walking tried moving my arm etc and it do not count extra steps.

I have not used the tracker because it is necessary to download a device called H Band. To download this you need to have an android or apple device. I have an android phone but not as up to date as required. I was not made aware of the by Amazon literature on this product and feel cheated.I wonder if you wish to comment

Fantastic. Very easy to set up om phone. I do like that it tells you how many KM you have walked along with the amount of steps. This is the second watch I have bought and this one is much better
