With not a lot of 19mm options out there, my expectations were low. However, when this arrived, I found it to be of excellent quality. The nylon strap was the right mix of stiff and flexible. It came with new tension bars, so I took the opportunity to replace the old ones. Very easy to install and the 19mm width is exact...a snug fit. The black and tan is a superb coloration.
